Student Handbook

Greetings Mavericks!

The Meadowlark staff are excited to welcome you to our seventh school year and look forward to continuing to watch students grow into leaders and to take ownership of their own learning. We are proud to celebrate that we were awarded the John C. Irwin Excellence of Education Award. This award is given to schools that demonstrate high levels of student achievement and growth by the Colorado Department of Education. We are enthusiastic about our programs and are confident the project-based, student-led learning experiences will be challenging, meaningful and engaging.  We are proud of our school and believe it is one of the best in the state of Colorado with your help and hard work. 

This handbook is designed to provide you with helpful information about Meadowlark School.  We suggest that you review this handbook carefully as it contains important information regarding our school.

As we begin this school year, we encourage you to study, learn, participate, and become a contributing member of our school.  We are excited about this school year and are glad that you are a Meadowlark Maverick!

Lastly, parents/guardians and students are required to review and then click “SUBMIT” on the last page of this handbook.  You will find several agreements and permission forms there.  These e-signatures confirm that you have read the information, understand it and agree to adhere to it.
