GENERAL MUSIC

Trevor Mariotti and Katherine (Kati) Sainz teach General Music to our Mavs in Kindergarten through Fourth Grade. We emphasize the Orff-Schulwerk philosophy of music education and are guided by the Colorado Department of Education Music Standards.   We love sharing music and movement with our students! 

CHOIR

Trevor Mariotti and Katherine Sainz teach Choir to students in the 5-6 and 7-8 Learning Communities. At the 7-8th grade level, Choir meets daily, a huge and exciting change for our older students. Events to look forward to this year include an overnight retreat to Estes Park at the YMCA in October, concerts in December and May, and the Elitch Gardens Contest and field trip in the spring.
