School Age Care (SAC)
At Meadowlark, SAC will be offering before and after school care Monday through Friday on school days. Your K-8 students will have the option of morning care from 7am to the school bell or afternoon care from the end-of-day bell to 6pm. There will also be additional options available for days when there is no school due to Professional Development. School Age Care Rates (August 2023 - May 2024)
** SAC will not be offering drop-in care or 1 day schedules for 2023/2024**
BVSD Child Care requires 5 - 7 business days to process registration once submitted. Please note that registration does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is contingent on available capacity.
A $75 one-time registration fee applies for all 2023-24 options. August tuition is due at registration.
Students cannot begin attending BVSD Child Care until the enrollment process is complete and a confirmation email with a start date from bvsd.childcare@bvsd.org is received.
SAC will provide Full Day Adventure Camps on non-school days in line with the 2023-24 BVSD calendar (see Adventure Camp Web Page for list of dates). Please note: Each camp date has it's own registration deadline. SAC before and after school care is not available on Adventure Camp dates.
Enrollment is first come first serve, or until the capacity is met for the day. The deadlines on the website represent the last possible day to enroll for any open locations. All sites have the capacity for 60 students. The Meadowlark team will move to Ryan Elementary on Adventure Camp Days. Families can choose to attend any of the 8 Adventure Camps locations.
Excursion Days: $75 per camp day/child. Children will engage in field trip-type activities off-site, or by in-house presenters (for example: Denver Museum of Nature and Science or Color Me Mine)
Themed Days: $65 per camp day/child. Children will experience staff-planned activities based around an interactive theme (example: Magic or Pirates)
