Erin is originally from Maryland where she grew up eating crabs and watching the Orioles. She graduated with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. She is currently completing an M.S. in Disability Services for Higher Education through the City University of New York. She is certified in Handwriting Without Tears. Erin has been a practicing OT for years with experience in birth-3 services, preschool, K-12 schools, skilled nursing facilities, acute and rehab hospitals, and telepractice. She has worked in the schools outside of Washington, DC, Brighton, Boulder, Washington state, Oregon, Vermont, Arizona, and the Dominican Republic. In her spare time, Erin spends as much time as possible outside with her husband and two sons. They enjoy hiking, camping, backpacking, skiing, swimming, biking, traveling to national parks, and reluctantly running. She also loves reading, watching movies, and doing crossword puzzles.
